Sometimes, when we’re hungry, we just wanna make something that’s healthy, delicious and, most of all, QUICK!
This recipe ticks ALL those boxes and more. Sure, it’s a simple recipe, but do you know what? Simple is good.
We’ve made pitta pizzas before but we used tomato sauce, which is kinda obvious. Using pesto as a base for a pitta pizza is a complete and total revelation. You really need to give it a whirl!
These pitta pizzas are great for when you’re at work and you only have access to a toaster. They’re also great when you’re at home, when you have access to an oven! Basically, they’re a win, wherever you are!
We’re big fans of pesto and we can safely that Zest’s is one of the best we’ve tried. It has a lovely earthy tang, that we haven’t found anywhere else and really interesting overall flavour profile. In fact, we’d go as far as to say, it’s as good as the stuff we make at home! Next time you’re at the shops, keep your eyes out for ZEST, we reckon it’s class.
