? The Healthiest Vegan Hazelnut Hot Chocolate ?
Ingredients (serves: 2)
Rice milk (or oat milk; 2 cups/ 500 ml): https://amzn.to/2PnL964

Cocoa powder (3 tbsp)
Hazelnuts (whole; 3 tbsp)

1. Place all ingredients in your high speed blender and blend for about 90 seconds, until completely smooth.
2. Pour in a pan and heat up.
Rice milk and oat milk are naturally sweet. If you use a different kind of unsweetened plant-based milk, you may have to add a little more date sugar.
If you leave out the hazelnuts, you will get a healthy classic hot chocolate.
