📖 Easy Vegan Wholemeal Pizza Dough Recipe 📖
Ingredients (for 1 pizza):
Wholemeal flour (spelt or wheat; 225 g): https://amzn.to/3riuKh7
Yeast (half a cube = 20 g)
Water (warm, ⅔ cup/150 ml)
Kitchen equipment you need:

1. Dissolve half a yeast cube and a pinch of salt in warm water. Add flour and knead thoroughly until your dough becomes smooth and elastic.
2. Cover the dough with a moist dishcloth and let it rise for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat your oven to 220°C / 425°F. Take off the dishcloth and knead your dough once again. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread some flour on the lined baking sheet and roll out the dough to about 3 mm.
4. Spread the dough with tomato sauce and add your favorite toppings. Bake at 220°C / 425°F for about 15 minutes.

Basil or other fresh herbs shouldn’t be baked. So only top your pizza with basil after baking.
The exact baking time depends from oven to oven. So better check your pizza a little earlier to prevent burning. 🙂
In the video, we used whole spelt flour but you can also use whole wheat flour if you prefer.
