Oh my goodness green! This smoothie was inspired Rhonda Patrick’s super-green morning smoothie (if you don’t know of Rhonda, check her out – she’s a G!). Each glass is PACKED with nutrients and vitamins that your body needs to survive and recover.

Be warned, this one is health first, taste second, but drink it regularly and you’ll feel like a superhero! 🦸‍♂

Ingredients:
50g kale
50g spinach
50g chard
8 blueberries
250ml water
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1/2 apple
2 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp peanut butter

If you don’t want lots of half-fruits left over, feel free to double up on the recipe! It will freeze well for smoothies in the week! 🍏
