2 cups crushed ice
2 cups vanilla non-dairy milk (I used sweetened soy)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. mint extract
Green food coloring
Vegan whipped cream, for topping

**If you use unsweetened milk, or if you want a sweeter shake, you may want to add a Tbsp. or two of agave, or your favorite sweetener.

To a blender, add ice, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, mint extract, and green food coloring. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, and top with vegan whipped cream. Makes two 16 oz. milkshakes.
