Just to clear up any confusion this video gives you inspiration for 4 different low FODMAP pizza recipes. Despite doing well in my personalised phase eating 4 full pizzas day after day for the purpose of filming a video is a bit much, even for me and my appetite. I loaded a single pizza base with each of the toppings purely for the visual reference. I don’t recommend you do the same as you will likely run into FODMAP stacking issues. Please enjoy these recipes individually, one single 9″ pizza at a time. Alternatively, if suitable bases are not available to you these toppings are equally delicious served over FODMAP safe pasta or polenta. Enjoy!
The ingredients for the Monash approved Schar pizza bases are as follows:
Maize Starch
Potato Starch
Rice Flour
Water
Sunflower Oil
Rice Starch
Rice Syrup
Dextrose
Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (E-464)
Guar Gum (E-412)
Yeast
Vegetable Fibre (Psyllium)
Salt
Tartaric Acid (E-334)

The low FODMAP diet should only be undertaken under the supervision of a registered dietitian. The elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet is extremely restrictive and should only be implemented for a limited period of time as part of a monitored treatment programme for medically diagnosed gut conditions. Due to the restrictive nature of the diet, it is not recommended for people with a history of disordered eating. Please talk to a professional if you have any concerns regarding the suitability of the low FODMAP diet for your individual circumstances.
