October is National Cookie Month, but because I’m in Boston without an oven, I was discouraged. However, I found this no bake cookie recipe that I wanted to make a bit healthier. I have been eating two of these about 10-15 minutes before my morning run. They give me energy and the feeling of satisfaction without feeling full. I highly suggest you make this recipe, but I do warn you, they are highly addictive.I hope you enjoy this recipe and don’t forget to share this recipe with all your friends.
