The same recipe without music :

Frontier Natural Products, Cream of Tartar



150ml aquafaba (canned chickpea liquid)
75g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cream of tartar (optional)

30g dark chocolate
200ml plant-based milk
1 tbsp palm sugar
a hint of cinnamon


1. add aquafaba and cream of tartar then beat until it forms soft peaks.
2. add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. continue to beat until it forms soft peaks. set aside.
3. add chocolate, 50ml plant-based milk and palm sugar in a sauce pan and gently heat it until the chocolate melts.
4. heat or steam the remaining plant-based milk(150ml) and combine with the chocolate milk.
5. put aquafaba on top.
6. Enjoy!

プラントベースミルク 200ml
パームシュガー 大さじ1
