Gluten-free & Vegan Pizza Crust
1 cup of uncooked Quinoa
Water for soaking
1 teaspoon dried Basil
1 teaspoon dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
Oil for greasing the pan

Soak Quinoa overnight in enough water to cover 1 inch.
Drain water and blend the Vinegar and seasonings until smooth. Spread out batter evenly on greased 12 inch pizza pan or parchment paper. cook at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool slightly & top with desired pizza toppings. Heat under broiler for 5 minutes or until toppings are heated through and slightly crispy. Enjoy!
