Triple Berry Smoothie:
1 cup frozen mixed berrie
1/2 cup red grapes
1 ripe banana
2 packs stevia (you can use more or less, its your world)
1 tbl ground chia seeds
about 2 cups of water (whatever water you prefer)

Peach Mango Smoothie:
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup frozen mangoes
1 ripe banana
1/4 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tbl ground flax seed or flax meal
about 2 cups of unsweetened cashew milk (any plant milk will do)

Pineapple Kale Smoothie:
1 cup frozen pineapples
1 husky handful of de-stemmed kale
1/2 cup green grapes
1 tbl ground flax seed or flax meal
1/2 cup rolled oats
about 2 cups of coconut water or whatever liquid base you prefer

Your First Green Smoothie:
1 husky handful spinach
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 ripe banana
1 tbl ground flax seed or flax meal
about 2 cups of coconut water or whatever liquid base you prefer

Peanut Butter Smoothie:
1 ripe banana
3-4 tbl creamy peanut butter
1/2 rolled oats
1 scoop vegan protein powder (whatever protein powder you like)
1 tbl ground chia seeds
about 2 cups of unsweetened cashew milk (sub any plant milk)
