Fast and Easy Pizza Crust!
3 heaping cups Bread Flour
1 teaspoon Malt Powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Yeast or 1 packet
1 1/2 plus cups Room Temperature Water
In a large bowl or mixer, combine all of the ingredients together until a sticky but not wet dough forms.
Adjust the stickiness adding more water or flour as necessary.
Cover the bowl and let rise for about 1 hour. Turn out dough onto floured parchment paper. Use a knife or scraper to cut into desired sizes. (This dough makes 2 23 inch pizza crusts.)
Stretch out dough on parchment paper and cover with desired toppings.
Bake at 450°F for approximately 12 minutes or until crust in browned on the edges and topping are browned & bubbly. We recommend using a pizza stone if you have one.
