yall just pray for me! I never claimed to be an expert chef but hey at least your girl knows how to season! i tried this again with out the mozzarella added to the dough and still too soft. Yes i had the pizza on a wire rack to dry, and yes the outer crust was actually a nice crisp. perhaps more egg replacer. idk, you tell me!
